Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?

We always recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time slot. However, we do accept walk-ins based on availability. You can book online, by phone, or directly at the spa.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge to cover reserved time and resources.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin or scalp?

Yes. We use only high-quality, dermatologist-tested, cruelty-free products that are safe for all skin types — including sensitive and acne-prone skin. Let your therapist know about any allergies during your consultation.

Can I customise or combine services?

Absolutely. We offer service bundles and allow you to mix and match treatments (e.g., massage + facial or wash + style). Our team will guide you on the best combinations based on your time, budget, and goals.
